Potassium sorbate and methyl paraben are both extracts from blueberries. Potassium sorbate is the lactose acid from blueberries and acts as a natural preservative in Calorad. Methyl Paraben is alcohol extracted from blueberries and acts as a bonding agent as well as a natural preservative.
