This is a 3 month program. There is an 86% success rate when taking Calorad, 50% of the people have their results in the first month and the other 50% have results evenly in month 2 and 3. So if you are one of those people who will not have your results until the 3rd month, and you stopped after only 1 month you would never know how many inches you could have lost because you gave up. You would be doing yourself a great injustice.

If you haven't had the desired results within the first 2-3 months, or if you have reached a plateau, learn what you can do about it.

• Wait the 3 hours before bed

The best results occur when your stomach is empty. If you can be committed to not eating anything for 3 hours before you go to bed and then take Calorad, you will have the results more quickly because your body can absorb Calorad more readily when your stomach is empty. Some people have slower metabolisms than others. In some cases is helps to wait for a longer period than three hours before taking Calorad.  If, on an occasional evening, you need to go to sleep and it has only been 2 hours, still take your Calorad.
• Measure yourself first

It is important to remember that by taking Calorad, you will be building lean muscle tissue and that muscle weighs 3 times MORE than fat. So you might not see as much of a change on the scale when weighing yourself, but what will go away is the fat on your body, so you will see a change in your body composition. This is the result that you desire. So before you start the Calorad program, measure your entire body and then periodically throughout the program you can re-measure to see where your have lost the inches and how much overall.

What can you do to help your body along while you are taking Calorad?

1. Water, Water, Water. Make sure you are drinking as much water throughout the day as possible. It is important because toxins are stored in your fat cells and when you lose the fat, the toxins are released back into your system and you need to flush them out. You should drink 1/2oz. of water for every pound you weigh.
2. Carboholics! It would be a good idea for you to cut back on your simple carbohydrates. The American public eats far too many carbos and high glycemic foods which cause your body to secrete insulin. Insulin is a FAT STORAGE mechanism in your body. So, cut back on the white sugar and white flour starches such as breads, pastas, cereals and eat more whole grain fruit and vegetables along with protein.
Other factors interfering with fat loss.

Many Americans, mostly women, have Candida Albicans overgrowth which can cause them to crave sugars and carbos such as breads and pasta. Candida (yeast) will greatly inhibit your results to lose the fat. We have a simple product to help you cleanse your body of Candida. The product is called Agrisept (ORDER) and all you need to do is add 8 drops to an 8 oz glass of water that you should be drinking anyway. 3 times a day 15-30 minutes before meals. You should use Agrisept for a minimum of 1 month.
